An Inward Ride gift session offers the recipient a confidential, one-to-one space to explore what’s alive for them, guided by an Internal Family Systems–informed coaching approach.

These sessions are well suited for people who are:

• At a crossroads or in transition

• Curious about their inner world and patterns

• Seeking greater clarity, self-compassion, or direction

• Open to reflective, experiential work

The recipient always chooses whether and how to use the gift.

What’s included

Option 1 — 60-Minute Inward Ride Session

A single, focused session offering space for exploration and insight.

Price: $200.00

Option 2 — 3-Session Inward Ride Pack

Three sessions, allowing for deeper inquiry over time.

Price: $500.00

Sessions are offered as IFS-informed coaching. They are not psychotherapy, and do not replace mental health treatment.

All gifted sessions include:

• A brief intake form

• An informed-consent agreement

• A mutual fit check prior to the first session

If it becomes clear that I am not the right support, the gift may be transferred to another recipient with approval.
